Our Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Woman-owned enterprise (WBE) certifications offer us an opportunity to help our clients meet their contract goals for city, state and federal contracts while NOT sacrificing productivity or value to you or your customers. HUB certification

PrimeDesign received their HUB certification in November 2004.

The goal of this program is to promote full and equal business opportunity for all businesses in state contracting. HUB certification increases exposure to IFB's (Invitation for Bids) on delegated purchases, open market purchases, term contracts, leases, and construction projects.

HUB Certification - A business must be a Corporation, sole proprietorship, partnership, or joint venture in which at least 51% of the business is owned, operated, and actively controlled and managed by a minority or woman.
